Clutch

Clutch formed in Germantown, Maryland in 1990 and built one of the most durable careers in heavy rock by combining stoner rock heaviness with funk grooves, blues swagger, and Neil Fallon's densely literary lyrical style. They never broke through commercially in the way their peers did but built a fiercely loyal audience through relentless touring and a catalog that deepens on every listen. Earth Rocker and Psychic Warfare are their modern peaks.
