Slingerland Drum Kit

Slingerland was one of America's premier drum manufacturers from the 1920s through the 1980s, producing kits used by some of the most celebrated drummers in rock and jazz history. Neil Peart of Rush used Slingerland drums through much of the band's classic period, contributing to the tight, punchy sound that defined albums like 2112 and A Farewell to Kings. Buddy Rich and Gene Krupa both played Slingerland, cementing the brand's reputation for quality across generations. The company was acquired by Gibson in 1994 and the brand was eventually discontinued.
