Fender Vibroverb

The Fender Vibroverb is a vintage tube amplifier originally produced in 1963-64, featuring built-in reverb and vibrato effects. Stevie Ray Vaughan famously used multiple blackface Vibroverbs as his primary stage amplifiers, their warm, punchy clean tone and natural breakup becoming essential to his legendary blues-rock sound. The Vibroverb's 40-watt output through a single 15-inch speaker delivers a thick midrange and deep low end that responds dynamically to playing touch. When pushed hard with SRV's heavy string gauges and aggressive attack, the amp produces the raw, singing sustain that defined Texas blues-rock.
