1961 Fender Stratocaster (Modified)

Dean Ween's most iconic instrument — a heavily modified 1961 Stratocaster he found in a Santa Monica guitar shop in the early 1990s while Ween was on tour. Over decades of use it has been refretted multiple times, had four sets of tuners, multiple tailpieces and saddles, and Lace Sensor pickups installed. All that remains of the original instrument is the wood.
